Our teacher Silvina showed this video many classes ago of Googy as a teacher, I hope you enjoy it and understand that teachers are people too and what we feel, and also look at the lots of experiences we live in a classroom.

Firstly, I choose these videos because both videos have many images and beautiful phrases. I hope that with these videos you can understand the importance of the teachers role in the classroom and in her students' heart. 

A teacher's role involves more than simply standing in front of a classroom and lecturing. In fact, even though a teacher spends the majority of the day in the classroom, the actual teaching component is only part of the job. An effective teacher understands that teaching involves wearing multiple hats to ensure that the school day runs smoothly and all students receive a quality education.

To conclude... I believe that a good teacher needs to be trusted, friendly, creative, caring, colaborative, dedicated, enthusiastic, soulful. Even though a teacher, also, should be responsible, courageous, dynamic, observant, respected.
